KWiKConstrain for Autocad Inventor ®


Designed to ease constrainging using using mainly work featured. By basing constraints on work features, you are much less likely to have constraint issues when parts and assemblies are modified.

Workflow

You can start by either selecting two components and then starting KWiKConstrain, or byt selecting after starting the program.



KWiKConstrain Main Dialog

Select to Display Documents Work Features.

Sets Selection Priority to Component

Sets Selection Priority to Part

Set Selection Priority to Face and Edge

Offset Distance
Constraint
and
Name in Browser
KWiKConstrain Form Slider dynamically adjusts size of constraint Arrow, Axis, or Point on screen
  MateClick once for Mate
Second time for Flush

AngleClick for Angle


TangentClick once for Outside Tan
Second time for Inside Tan

InsertClick once for Insert Opposed
Second time for Insert Aligned

Apply leaves dialog open and depending on Options Settings Clears both, leaves one populated or leaves both populated

KWiKConstrain Options Dialog

Left and Right Plane
Click boxes to set Left and Right Feature Highlight color, or check “Use System” to Highlight with Default color scheme colors

Left and Right Arrow
Click colored boxes to set Left and Right Feature Highlight color, or check “Use System” to Highlight with Default color scheme colors

Plane Opacity
If  "Use System" for Planes is unchecked the Plane Opacity can be adjusted.

Form Transparent
Select White and Treeview background will be Transparent

Form Opacity
Adjusts overall Form opacity

Depressed Btn Back Color
Adjusts the back Color to better show when buttons are pressed.
Form Options

Auto Expand
Choose what folders to have automatically
expanded in the Treeviews.
First Button Optionsbr /> Sets which button on left side is selected when form loads

Second Button Options
Sets which button on Right side is selected after first selection is made

After Apply Options
After Apply button is pressed set if you want one tree or the other cleared, or if you want both cleared or left up in treeview.
Write Error File

If Checked, a text file with any error info will be saved to the install directory.
Arrow Size Multiplier

Sets the base scale for Constraint graphics
Large Icon

ChecCheck for Large Icon in Panel bar
Font Size & Bold Font

Select Font Size and Bold to Display in Treeview >

KWiKConstrain iProps Dialog


iProps
IIf a iProperty is selected here, when a item is selected to display in the treeview, the iProperty for the component will display at the top of the treeview.

Use the Multi Seat Purchases link to go to my Web Site and Purchase. on Buy now to go directly to page where payment can be submitted

After Purchasing, select either the email button, or the Save to text button.

TThe email button will start your default email client and already have the registration request code in the body of the email.
Info Form Shows how many days are left of the 30 day trial. Save to Text will save the registration request code to a text file with a ..Req extension. After payment send this to me and I will return a license file to remove the time limit.

Try the program for up to 30 days.
If you decide to purchase, use one of the methods to make the payment.
After making the payment email me the registration request code, and I will use it to generate a license file for that computer and send it back.
You will then save the License file to the same directory the program is installed to and the process is complete.
