I found that I was setting custom paper size to the document default length units, but when printing it defaulted to CM. I changed both to use Inches always. This should help make it easier to set up custom paper sizes.The update can be installed either by using your Check Update button in the setup dialog, or by going to the Addins page and downloading it.
